Privacy & cookies

This site sets no cookies and tracks nobody.

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no embedded players, no chat widget. Nothing is stored on your device, so there is nothing for you to accept or decline.

01

When you email us

Your message and address sit in our mailbox, held with a business email provider inside the UK/EU. We use them to answer you and to run the job if it goes ahead. Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within twelve months. We never add an address to a mailing list and never pass one to anyone else.

02

Audio you send us

Masters, edit sessions and raw recordings are all archived, so a title can usually be picked back up years later — a redelivery, a correction, or a retailer asking for a fresh set of files. Archiving being archiving, we can't promise it: drives fail and no archive is a guarantee, so keep your own copy of anything you'd hate to lose. Nothing is used to train anything or shared outside the people working on the title, and anything we hold can be deleted on request. Where a client has their own NDA or retention terms, those take precedence over this page.

03

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs — IP address, page requested, time — as every web server does. We don't read them for marketing and they aren't tied to anything else. That processing is the host's, under their own retention terms. We'll name our email and hosting providers on request.

04

Cover art and credits

Jacket images and titles shown on this site remain the property of the respective publishers and rights holders, and appear as a record of work delivered. If you hold rights in something shown here and would rather it came down, email us and it will.

05

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted. Email us and we'll do it — there's no form and no department, it's a small team. If you think we've handled something badly you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If analytics are ever added to this site, this page will say so before they go live, and anything requiring consent will ask for it properly rather than assuming it.
